An entrepreneur in today’s environment...

“Forget foundationless traditions, forget “moral” standards may have tried to cram down your throat, forget the beliefs people may have tried to intimidate you into accepting as “right.” – Robert J. Ringer

To the context that most subdue to the norms and values that society has imposed on them, the world of an entrepreneur is not so prevalent to the standard.  As the mindset of one that is constantly testing the boundaries of society, in business and in life, needs no justification.

The framework above tests several schools of psychological thought, as it combusts with the “Egoism” argument.  So to end the condition of what is good for ones survival and personal happiness is moral… let’s throw the term “Ceteris Paribus” into the equation.

An entrepreneur in today’s environment needs to constantly adapt to the ever-changing dynamics that our government, society, business trends, family, significant others, ect, ect… throws at you.  Which means, that you need to ingrain an, “Adapt & Overcome” mentality to all the variables that are barraged upon you.  So stop complaining, and act in a fluid manner to your internal and external environment.

In addition, if your goals and dreams are set above the norm, you must make the self commitment and sacrifice to do whatever you have to do in your power to get across the finish line.  Not from a context of hurting those and our environment, but who am I to judge.

You need to act in a narcissistic manner, love yourself first, and act selfish.  Overtime, your selfish mentality will create an abundant world where those whom you love will enjoy.  So maximize your “pain”, in order to achieve your “pleasure”.  Put in those hours, and gain as much tacit and explicit knowledge to master your craft.  This is the moral context for which an entrepreneur needs to live.  This is my story, and I’m sticking to it.  Vereour Nusquam

Success in negotiation depends on the level of preparation...

“Everyone wants something without having any idea how to obtain it, and the really intriguing aspect of the situation is that nobody quite knows how to achieve what he desires.  But because I know what I want and what the others are capable of I am completely prepared.” – Prince Klemens von Metternich (1773-1859)

Albert Einstein on finding the meaning of life in work...

"My dear children: I rejoice to see you before me today, happy youth of a sunny and fortunate land. Bear in mind that the wonderful things that you learn in your schools are the work of many generations, produced by enthusiastic effort and infinite labour in every country of the world. All this is put into your hands as your inheritance in order that you may receive it, honour it, and add to it, and one day faithfully hand it on to your children. Thus do we mortals achieve immortality in the permanent things which we create in common. If you always keep that in mind you will find meaning in life and work and acquire the right attitude towards other nations and ages." - (Albert Einstein talking to a group of school children. 1934.)

Why Experience is King...

An excerpt from The Hustler's Notebook written by JK Allen...

Why Experience is King

Just think… how many books have you read that you loved, found highly impacting, but never applied the knowledge to your life. Essentially, overtime, the wealth of knowledge deteriorates because it wasn’t put to use. But if you put into practice what you learn, not just theorize it, your horizons broaden at all angles. Your perspective expands, increasing your practical intelligence (street smarts) and increasing the value you can offer to the world.

The day of the armchair learner is upon us. They think they know it all…but they only know it in theory. They haven’t put a thing into practice. They profess in a regurgitating fashion because they haven’t lived it or tasted it or experienced it. I think many of us fall in line with this from time to time (I admit). But this is a wakeup call to us all. Let’s pay attention to what we learn…put it into practice…so we can then profess it with new angles, which is only discovered by experience. Why is that…

…because experience is king.

Street Smarts is Supreme...

An excerpt from The Hustler's Notebook written by JK Allen...

Street Smarts is Supreme

Street smarts is knowledge obtained through life experience. It’s a social form of intelligence that controls our social awareness: having keen judgment and making quick decisions. We simply can’t establish the qualities that make up street smarts in any other way than experiencing life; learning from our actions and their causes and effects.

Putting the information into practices broadens your knowledge and widens your perspective. It’s the information you learn and act upon that shapes your attitude, extends our thresholds; increasing your value.

Street smart people…

…may not possess a plethora of ‘likely unneeded’ data, but they have

the chops to learn and execute on the fly.
…aren’t set on theories, but trial and error of real life application or action.
…rely on their intuition to guide them. They trust their gut.

Street smarts is supreme because it’s what makes up your intangible qualities. A street smart person has the ability to make connections between different pieces of information and situations…it’s being savvy.

Street smarts is…

    …practical intelligence.
    …common sense-based.
    ….attitude and skill.

It Takes Time...

An excerpt from Daniel Freeman’s Rise & Grind on Time…

It’s hard to be patient when you don’t know exactly how long to be patient.  I get it and even though this post will try to help you cope with it, I don’t know if it will.  No Business is built in a day but since most of us grew up where entertainers just go from nothing to something most of our ideas of how to get that empire are skewed.  So many of you will quit when your first business doesn’t work out that you will say a typical Suckerism of maybe it wasn’t meant to be.  Truthfully you believe money will just come to you in a concert with how hard you work, BUT IT WON’T!

I’ll say this from the start so you don’t get lost.  Everything you do will take more time than you thought.  Money and success will never come to you in the timetable you have set for them.  Even if it came 1 week after you started it will still feel like it was 1 week to long.  By nature when you start a business you think it will pop, but this is a tough ass balloon and it takes a ton of work and mistakes to come up with a way that works.  The race is for those who endure and keep creating through disappointment and struggle.  The reason why you see so many people who tried and failed is because they stopped trying and pretty much thought that was the best they had.

When I started my first business I was around 8 or so.  I sold candy, burritos, and whatever I could out of my pocket. I then moved on to clothes, beepers, rims and whatever I could get my hands on.  I then moved onto Condoms, t-shirts and whatever I could get my hands on. See the key is I sold whatever I could get my hands on and I wasn’t stuck to any one product primarily because I wanted to make money.  I was lucky to go through that kind of training because I never fell in love with product as I really wanted to make money.  So when something took too long I didn’t feel bad I thought it was slow cooking or maybe I had to push it to the back for a better time.

I learned patience through my own trials and tribulations of trying to make money.  Since most of you cats don’t like any form of struggle you guys pack up to fast and go back to the plantation. Its best if you don’t think about time at all when you start because it will disappoint you like a fat person who check s the scale after one workout.  Think of it like growing up as it took 18yrs for you to be considered an adult and so it will be with business.

It will take time and there’s nothing you can do about it but stick to it!

Albert Einstein on the liberation from the self...

"A human being is part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. We experience ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest. A kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from the prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty. The true value of a human being is determined by the measure and the sense in which they have obtained liberation from the self. We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if humanity is to survive." -(Albert Einstein, 1954)

The warrior and the statesman...

“The warrior and the statesman, like the skillful gambler, do not make their luck but prepare for it, attract it, and seem almost to determine their luck.  Not only are they unlike the fool and the coward, adept at making use of opportunities when these occur; they know furthermore how to take advantage, by means of precautions and wise measures, of such and such an opportunity of several at once.  If one thing happens, they win; if another, they are still the winners; the same circumstance often makes them win in a variety of ways.  These prudent men may be praised for their good fortune as well as their good management, and rewarded for their luck as well as for their merits. “ –  Jean Del La Bruyere

A persons flight through life.. inspired by my little brother Johann...

“A Man’s flight through life is sustained by the Power of His Knowledge. I take this to heart because I have realized that money and power can be given and taken in this world and the only thing that identifies who a man truly is is his knowledge.“-  (My little brother) Captain Johann Pambianchi USAF

This is truly an amazing statement, and it is quoted by none other than my little brother Johann, who happens to be a Captain in the United States Air Force. A persons flight through life is definitely sustained by the power of his knowledge. My mother deeply stressed that throughout our childhood, along with the fact that SHE WOULD KILL US IF WE DID NOT GO TO COLLEGE! As I look back and laugh at the many life lessons Mother beat into us during our childhood, I thank God everyday that she did. For it is those light smacks on the butt, that have made my brothers and I the MEN we are today! “Through pain and suffering strives discipline”, and I am reminded of that every time I’m with my mother. For the success that my brothers and I have today is inspired by the strength and courage of our mother.

For all those that know my mother, know that she defies the archetype of how a woman should undeniably take care for and nurture for one’s family. Despite the great pains and infinite sacrifices that she battled with, her will to raise spiritual, courageous, intelligent, HANDSOME, and gracious men has put her on an untouchable pedestal. Our daily conversations may seem as simple, pleasant, and monotonous, yet they give me continual renewed strength to carry on God’s will for me. I could not begin to illustrate the love I have for her, but to show it through my actions and accomplishments.

Now let’s not take any credit from our father. Some may call my father a simple man, supporting and raising an average family, this is everything but the truth. My father is a man of overwhelming knowledge and incredible love which is evident in everything he wraps his mind around. He is extremely selfless and sacrificing, and my brothers and I wish that God could bless us with half of his fatherly skills, so that are children could grow up with the same love he has bestowed on my brothers and especially me.

Furthermore, Money and Power can be given and taken away in the blink of an eye! But no one, I mean NO ONE! Can take your WISDOM! For it is your own knowledge that creates and builds the re-occurring Monetary Empires of life! Trust me, LIFE WILL TEST YOU! Just when you think you are invincible, life will come along and take it all away! It is then, when you have to look deep inside yourself and start over.  It is then when your faith along with your vision will compound with your ambition and in time you will reap the rewards of success.  That is the game we call life my friends.  So get to it....

In conclusion, I definitely take this posting to heart, for I have realized that money and power can be given and taken in this world, and the only thing that identifies who a man truly is, is his knowledge! And in business, “Knowledge gives you Vision, and through vision you gain the ability to spot economic problems, and turn them into economic opportunities!"  Vereour Nasquam
